The Grand Finale of 10th Exclusive international beauty
pageant "Miss WORLD PANJABAN- 2008" will be held
in year 2008. The final Pageant will betelecast
LIVE by Popular Punjabi Channel across the world as
previously. |

Preliminary Events (Miss PANJABAN / Miss PANJAB) will be held in
January to May at different places of the world depending
upon the
number of applicants in a particular region. The date and venue of these
Events will available on our website http://www.missworldpunjaban.com |

The Applicant can apply either from the region where she has her permanent address
where she is studying / serving. In case she
wants to apply from both the regions, she has to submit her application
separately. |

Applicant must attach attested documents along with Entry Form as a
proof of her date of birth
andresidenceetc. |
| 5 |
The applicant must be a good character and must not have committed a criminal offence
any where in the world. |
| 6 |
The applicant must not bean employee or a relative of any existing
member of
Sabhiacharak Sathh Punjab (Regd.) and / or should not be
associated with any member
of the jury. |
| 7 |
The Entry Form should have signatures of both father and mother as
a proof of their consent. |

The Entry Form should be attested by the Principal / Head of the
concerned Institution or
gazetted officer / notary public. |
| 9 |
A passport size photograph of the applicant must be affixed on the
Entry Form along with
two photographs of 4" x 6" size each( one full
length profile and other close up profile ) should be attached in a
envelope separately with the Entry Form. |

Entry Forms which are incomplete / without relevant documents will
not be considered. The selection panel reserves the right to reject any Entry Form in its sole discretion without assigning any reason. |

There is no entry fee for applicants and selected contestants. |
| 12 |
Applicants who have completed all formalities will participate in
Preliminary Events of her region in traditional dress along with original
documentsetc. |
| 13 |
The Selection Panel is authorized to give relaxation in respect of
age, height etc. to
applicant who represents the region, state and
country from where no other applicant
had applied or selected. |
| 14 |
All selected contestants for the final pageant will be staying together
for some days under
the supervision of lady wardens at a selected
venue for the final rehearsals and photo sessions etc. Relatives will not
be allowed to stay with contestants. |
| 15 |
Organization reserves the right to change rules and regulations,
venue dates etc. for Preliminary / Final Pageant without any Notice. |
| 16 |
The attire(dress) and or name etc worn by the contestant in solo
dance and Gidha rounds
etc.would be of their own. |
| 17 |
Organization reserves the right to appoint member of the jury. The
decision of the jury will be final, binding and non-challengeable by the
contestant. Organisors bear no responsibility for the decision of the jury |

Lodging and boarding will be provided to the contestants at the
time of Semi Finals and Final. |
| 19 |
Any applicant / contestant who does not abide by the instructions,
rules and regulations of
the Pageant is liable to be disqualified any
time by the Panel without any notice. |
| 20 |
Sabhyacharak Sathh Punjab in its sole discretion reserves the
right to with hold or revoke the title from the winner who is disqualified
to fulfil the rules and regulations of the event / pageant and if at any
later stage it be known to the organizer of the pageant that the
conduct of the winner or her character is not worth keeping the award. |

All the names of our Pageants Miss PANJAB, Miss PANJABAN,
Miss WORLD PANJABAN have
been registered by Governments. |

Our's organisation is charitable and non profitable and this project
is undertaken just to promote Punjabi culture values & traditions.
NOTE: Propspectus / Entry Forms can be downloaded from our website & also free available at our offices. Only colored Entry Forms would be accepted. |

benign support for the needy. Besides trying to prevent the onslaught
of pollution and vulgarity, we also arrange social activities such as
blood & eye donation camps, tree plantation programme and awareness against
use of drugs, and female foeticide.
Donations made to this organisation are eligible for 50% deduction Under
Section 80-G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 vide No. CIT-III/Ldh/80-G/04-05/113/1477/03-08-2005
